Reflection
Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: Demonstrated interest, visited, wrote a pretty good Why Tulane, and I had a little fun with the other application essays. I’m surprised considering my ECs were subpar and quite frankly I live off of stats and decent essays and nothing else.
Where else you are applying or have already applied: UT Austin, WashU, USC, Northeastern, KU
General Comments/Advice/Hindsight: Don’t worry too much. Just get the application through the door and go live your life! Also make your essays stand out a bit. Paint a vivid, narrative, picture in them for the admission rep to read. Make it worth their time to bother reading it (they may be getting paid for it but make it not miserable haha). And be genuine, I’m sure they’ve seen enough to make out fakeness. If you can’t write the essay, go do something else for a while and try again.
