<p>I have just completed my materials for both the Paul Tulane and Dean's Scholarships. Do you mail your materials to the scholarship office at Tulane or is there a place to submit your materials online?</p>
<p>You can either fax the application or send it by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. There does not appear to be an on-line option. My D sent hers FedEx so we had proof of receipt.</p>
