Hi guys,
I'm looking to transfer to UMich from Tulane University. I was hoping someone could chance me, and/or give me some tips regarding the transfer application process. I am currently a sophomore, and would apply as a transfer for the Spring 2013 semester. Some relevant info:

CURRENT SCHOOL: Tulane University
HOURS COMPLETED: 40 (doing 15 more this semester)
MAJOR: Undecided, will probably declare neuroscience by the time I submit my application.
COURSES TAKEN THUS FAR:
* General Chemistry I [C]
* General Chemistry II **
* General Chemistry I Lab [A]
* General Chemistry II Lab [B+]
* Probability & Statistics I [A]
* Ethics [A]
* Intro to Philosophy [A-]
* Intro to Gender & Sexuality [B+]
* Long Calculus I [A]
* Intro to Psychology [A]
GPA: ~3.5 w/ upward trend

CURRENT SCHEDULE: Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry I Lab, Art History, Abnormal Psychology, Evolutionary Biology, Cultural Anthropology

HIGH SCHOOL GPA: ~3.0UW/~3.6W (2nd "best" school in state, difficult courseload, around 12 AP/IB courses taken)
SAT SCORE: 2100 (710M/720W/670CR)

ACT SCORE: N/A

It is also probably worth noting that I have applied to Michigan twice before - once during high school, and once as a transfer last year -, but because my application wasn't complete either time (missing transcripts, long story), it was never actually considered. So I neither got rejected nor accepted. How will this affect my chances?

Also, because my high school was one of the more competitive schools in the state, pretty much everyone who applied to Michigan my year was accepted, including kids with lower GPA's, easier courseloads, and lower SAT's than me. I'm relatively certain that had my application been considered, I would have been accepted (a good friend of mine got in with a 3.3W GPA, 4 AP's and a 1960 SAT). Will this have any influence on my applying as a transfer?

Again, please let me know what you think my chances are? Any info or suggestions are welcome
