If you SIR before they give out the regents notifications in May, is it still possible that UC Berkeley could give you the regents scholarship?

@uctransfer2020 I wouldnāt rely on getting regents to make my decision. Chances of getting regents is pretty low and the wait is gonna be awhile
@Pepsi1022 I know, Iām just wondering if they would see that you submitted the SIR and then not give you regents because you have already chosen to attend. As in, will they still give regents to people who have already accepted their offer of admission?

Hey guys! I looked at my cal central today and I saw that I had a residency status pending on my holds. Iām kinda freaking out, but Iām a US citizen and been a California resident since I was a year old lol. Is the residency status normal? do they check before finalizing financial aid?
My father is a US citizen as well, but my mother isnāt. Theyre divorced and i live w my father. Idk if that makes a difference.
Apparently the counselors at my high school have no school access right now so they can only send my high school transcript through email without the stamps. Would that be acceptable because of Covid-19?
I have the same hold on my CalCentral account. I think it will go away once you submit the SIR and the SLR (Statement of Legal Residence).
I just checked and I also have the same hold. I wouldnāt worry!

Pepsi1022 and for the sake of the masses, after hours of feeling like I was going to puke, it turned out to be just a glitch, I think. Nobody at UCB has given me any answers and most say theyāve never heard of this. So far it seems like everything is back to normal in my account. Fingers, crossedā¦

Iām pretty sure they want it mailed directly to the school in a sealed envelope but not sure how that would work out but you wonāt be rescinded if you send it after the due date

Anyone know anything about the āCond UC Transfer Scholarshipā listed under financial aid. Thatās the only one I canāt seem to find via google and it appears to match cover the balance of everything listed under āEstimated Cost of Attendanceā.
Is this a standard thing or perhaps ā¦ I might be reaching ā¦ but could this be code for Regents?
