Coin flip chance. CS is a very popular major. If you look at this year’s applicant thread, some with higher stats than yours got waitlisted or even rejected. But others with lower stats got in. I think if you can somehow show in your essays that UCI is your top school, you’ll get in. Don’t quote me on it though.
