UC Riverside vs University of Arizona vs University of the Pacific

Even if you are only familiar with 1 or 2 of these three schools, any information you can give me is very much appreciated.

So I am trying to decide which of these three schools I want to attend. I have been admitted to and have visited all three. I very much enjoyed and could see myself at all three, hence why I am so lost. Here’s what you need to know about me.

Major: Political Science
Money: not too big of an issue
Important factors: diversity

When I first started the application process I was looking forward to a large school. I really could not see myself at a small school. However, when I visited UoP I feel completely in love with the campus and the programs offered. However, the student body is rather small and as someone who can be rather shy, I’m not sure how much trouble I would have making friends. Further, there is not much to do around Stockton from what I can tell which also worries me. I liked the university so much, that these things didn’t bother me too much. Then, I found out that UoP does not have a theatre department. As someone who’s been on stage my entire life, this really put me on edge. Even though I have no intention of pursuing theatre or anything related as a career, it is definitely a very large part of who I am and I was looking to get involved if possible. It’s hard to get involved with something that doesn’t exist, obviously.

UA and UCR were my other two options. My only concern was I’m not a fan of hot weather and I rally wanted a diverse campus so I wouldn’t feel culturally alone. UoP and UCR are both plenty diverse and though UA is too, it is less than the other two.

So if anyone can tell me what their experience was like at any of these schools, that would be greatly appreciated.

So some advice please? Should I commit to UoP and forget the whole theatre thing? It kind of hurts, But I loved the camps so much!

To any of these schools, what was your experience making friends and what is there to do around campus? Are people generally friendly? or are they snooty and entitled and cliquey?
