The portal itself said that we’ll get decisions by mid-June for sure (one more month!)
Even on the discord server, I heard a couple of current students saying they got admitted early June

I wanted to find a roommate too, but that’s also hard because if I’m lucky enough to get offered admission to ucd or ucsc then i can’t commit to someone and it messes things up a little.
My daughter received the same letter. The process is just frustrating to say the least

Couple of questions:
- Are you in-state or out-of-state?
- Are you going to commit?
Pretty sure that person is just trolling us. They just made an account to literally post that comment. The person hasn’t been on the thread before. And they would notify you in the portal before sending out a letter. And quite honestly, with those statistics, that individual would have priority for admission to begin with. I’m sorry, but that person was just trying to be funny in a really horrible way.

We got an email letting us know that we are still on the waitlist. The portal did not say anything. It did not update. Also, I did call admissions and ask if they would be giving out rolling acceptances off the waitlist. They told me we wouldn’t hear till June. Not sure what to believe, but DD accepted the offer to Oregon State.
Would the result come out before the placement test because I don’t want to go there without getting accept into anywhere
I am going to commit to my offer out of the waitlist. Sorry, but it’s either here or Indiana University or like 4 Cal States and maybe some in the UK.
