@CRH2017 How did you find out about the scholarship?

They sent me a letter in the mail and also I could see it in “scholarship status” right under “application status” in the portal

@CRH2017 Did you received the offer right after the acceptance or did it took awhile???

@senior2k17 The Pegasus one came within a week and the Provost came about 2 months later

Signed in to myUCF and saw my ACCEPTANCE!!! So excited to be a Knight

I applied early October and am still awaiting a decision. I received a “Being a UCF Parent” postcard in the mail and I have been told that is a good sign! Am expecting to hear early January…

Congratulations to all those recently accepted. To those that received scholarships, please put your stats and scholarship rewards on a thread that I started back in November: “UCF Scholarships 2017”. The thread was designed for present incoming freshmen and will also help future students in determining the amount and time frame scholarships are offered on a year to year basis.

Question for @CRH2017: You say that you received BOTH Pegasus and Provost but I thought you could only receive 1 merit based UCF Scholarship?? Also, you are super lucky to find out that you got the Pegasus in early October (about a week after your acceptance of Sept. 28th) when most of the awards didn’t start rolling out until mid November. AWESOME!!

Correction: UCF Scholarship '17
