<p>I was wondering if anybody knew the appeal rates of UC Irvine last year. I don't need any specific numbers, just a general look of how many people go accepted through appeal. Thanks.</p>

<p>I don’t think a single person on this board got in on appeal last year. However, someone from my high school did but later chose to go to CCC so there is some hope. You’d better have a life-changing reason or something to even have a shot.</p>
<p>if you’re a competitive applicant you’ll likely have about a year’s worth of course credit from APs. Go to a CC and then transfer after a year(this means applying in october/november the very first year you’re at CC and getting solid grades for the first term and having your courses well planned out)</p>
