The UCLA Alumni scholarship is open to all applicants, but is only emailed to a few people. Dees getting the email mean anything about admission status? I know that their is a disclaimer on the bottom of the email, but has anyone received the email in the past and been rejected to UCLA?

bumpppppppppppp

The UC expert Ms. Sun had a post somewhere that said about 50% who got the e-mail were accepted. So that’s better than the 20% total but still not great. I think if you google Ms. Sun and UCLA alumni scholarship her message will pop up. Can’t remember if it was on her blog or here on CC. Good luck!

sorry Lexapro, but I have no idea what that means. And thanks orcadork I saw that post, but I still want to know if anyone has previously been rejected after getting the email.

I have a 3.0 and a 1710 SAT and I got an alumni scholarship invite. I think it is random? Although I am a theater major if that changes anything?
