<p>Do I notify them after or before the decisions are out? And as a side note, are you people sure creating this URSA account is safe before your even accepted, wont it hurt you somehow?</p>
<p>You should do both.. Actually call them and see what they say. Just keep talkin with them, feel free to ask them any questions you may have as well.</p>
<p>And no I don't think that having an URSA account affects their decisions at all. It shows interest and initiative in my opinion...</p>
