UCLA students appearance-conscious

groans

Comfy pair of flats/boots, skinny jeans, and a t-shirt and you're striking a good balance between being "fashion conscientious" and "comfy".

I love finals week though, when everyone becomes the perfect example of the "bohemian homeless person" look.

Wow.

...

Sorry, I can't resist.!!!!

I remember a friend of mine had to bring shaving cream and a razor to class for another friend. It was 10th week, my guess is the friend shaved in the restroom.

I love how during finals week that everybody has red eyes and looks like pink eye is contagious or something. Yah for epidemics!

Classic!

I love 10th week/Finals week!
People watching has never been more fun.

I remember I was carrying around a vase of flowers. It was in a pampers box, oh boy, did I get some funny looks.

Colleague mine sees me
I say, "Please don't tell anyone about this?"
She replies, "What. You're carrying a nice vase of flowers in a pampers box, what's there not to talk about?"

Another time I remember doing Undie Run with my friend who decided to dress up as emperor penguin. The costume was great but it didn't hold keys well. Friend lost keys and we were out in the cold for two hours. That was some fun times. The next day, I found out I was pictured in Daily Bruin Undie Run for Fall 07. Yikes!
