When will we know if decisions are coming out on Friday? Will they send us an email, or will the portals just change at 3PM PST?
@voltthorn I believe they send out an email, but it is usually a bit delayed from the portal update. Your best bet is to check this thread from like 3-3:05 PM PST Friday and see what everyone is saying.

Do we still think decisions will come out tomorrow? It would be great if they did, but I’m just wondering, since the calling campaign only officially started this Monday.
@pristinechris @whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy It’s not top 30%, but just 30% of admits. They do target Regents Scholars, Chancellor’s Associates Scholars, but also historically underrepresented students, and first generation students, etc. @whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy don’t fret, I’m sure your stats are amazing and portals will be updated on Friday!

This is one of my top schools, but I haven’t gotten a phone call and I’m sort of nervous. Do I still have good chances of getting in? Also, I put Math as my major and Bio as my alternate…I really regret that b/c I thought it would be harder to get in for bio. Could I still transfer?

@wormholes judging off your stats, you’ll be fine. I’M nervous. My stats are average at best.
I would worry too much either. A good mate at my school has gotten regents at every UC he applied to (Ucla, Cal, Ucsb, and honors college at UCI) and he hasn’t been called yet either
I got the call 2 days ago from UCSD and was invited to the overnight program. I have not recieved any email for the application though, so should I call them to get one?
@wormholes I heard that somebody went to the UCSB reception and asked when UCLA decisions come out, and they said the 17th.
UCSD came out a week before LA last year, so Friday is still the best guess for when decisions come out.
Really hope decisions come out on Friday. I can’t wait any longer!
Does anyone know how long the calling campaign went on last year before they released normal decisions? All of the signs point to regular decisions coming out tomorrow, but since the calling campaign has only gone on for 3 days I’m a little sketched out

@dancingsloth that’s what I’m thinking too. Everything else seems to add up except for the timing of the calling campaign.
It was from March 1-6, and it appears decisions started to come out on the 11th.
