They said that last year when people asked about a specific date (april 21 last year). My bet is on tomorrow.
Less than 24 hours
I’m thinking about dropping one of my classes for either full refund or W even though I already put that class on the transfer update. It’s storyboarding class and is totally unrelated to my major (anthropology). I’m just taking it because I’m done with everything and just need to be full-time student. Do you think dropping it will affect my admission? And what looks better: dropping with no grade on transcript or getting a W or doing P/NP? Thanks
@abcln123 It’s unlikely that your offer of admission would be conditional on passing a non-major prep course so you should be fine no matter what you decide to do. W’s aren’t anything to worry about so long as your transcript isn’t completely littered with them. I personally have a W in Psychology from high school; dual enrollment and had to drop in order to make it to my golf matches.
@abcln123 veteran?
where did you guys see the 20th? I’m hoping this is for sure?
@ericbadmom All the previous years have had the decisions released the third week of April. Also if they were to release the next Friday it would give people very little time to make arrangements for transfer Triton day. Supposedly a few people have also called and asked and been given an unofficial suggestion that it would be this Friday.
Good luck everyone! The day is almost here (finally)!
@ucsd1402 is tomorrow really the day?
@dahworst I’m like 98.98% sure it is—by 6pm pst I bet
