Well I’d probably end up choosing UW anyways as a WA resident seeing the way economy is.</p>
<p>As much as I like the UW, I know that UCSD has a national reputation for having really strong sciences. What state are you from?</p>
<p>I thought UW was ranked higher than UCSD overall? Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.</p>
<p>I’m from California, but I feel that I’d fit in more at UW. Plus, Seattle weather is awesome.</p>
<p>I don’t know what your definition of awesome is, but Seattle weather is mostly gloomy during the year.</p>
<p>I like the cloudy and rainy weather. Haha.</p>
<p>Besides the weather, there really isn’t much of a difference. However, somehow Seattle is still more awesome than any city in California. :P</p>

<p>UCSD is an excellent School. My niece is doing her undergrad from there.</p>
<p>I’m visiting both campuses during spring break. We’ll see. Haha.</p>
<p>I don’t know if you were talking about ranked in the sciences or overall, but UCSD is ranked about 15 spots above UW overall.</p>
