Hey can someone tell me how UCSD calculates their score for your SAT's. I really need to know this because i definately lost hope with my gpa, also what do they consider leadership? thanks a lot for all your advice

anyone.....

??? there are different ways of calculating the SAT score?

...what are the different ways...

What the taff are you talking about? The collegeboard calculates your SAT scores. UCSD doesn't modify them or re-calculate them.

im sorry if i didnt make myself clear, i meant in the UCSD comprehensive review formula, they give 3200 points for SAT's, i wanted to know what do they do to your SAT scores to get that overall point value

anyone.......

appearantly nobody's heard of the 3200 point thing

add ur new SAT score and ur 2 SAT II scores up. Multiply the sum by (4/5)

thnx a lot, i thought i heard that way before, but there was somthing about multiplying your SAT 2's by 2 iono, swweet i hope this whole formula thing works out for me

I have the entire formula if u want it

yes it would be great to know the whole formula, thnx again

could you post it on this sight... thanks

sure, ill post it when squarehead gives it to me

yo bondsfan squarehead didnt give it to yet...

does gpa play a big role in ucsd selection, i mean since they use a comprehensive review formula a 3.85W and 4.00W only has a 150 point difference, iono i need some feedback cuz i think by the end of junior year i will have a 3.85W gpa....

gpa= X.XX times a thousand 3850..4000
