UF Admissions SAT issue please help

My girlfriend just recieved an email today that UF did not recieve her SAT scores although she did send them through college board, no I know UF is very busy this week and will be next so it is almost pointless to argue yet she is a very good student in the IB program with a 4.7 weighted gpa and 2000 SAT I'm wondering if being reevaluated in March will decrease her chances as many spot may already be filled. Please help shes freaking out

As I said to someone in a similar topic: Your best bet is to appeal a week after the decisions date (not necessarily a week, but UF’s servers and service will be so busy at this time that you may not receive timely answers) and argue your case. There are a number of reasons why the SAT may have failed to be received, but it is unlikely that its UFs fault since they report on their applicants page what has been received and what has not. Failure on fixing (or noticing this) has thus resulted in them delaying her decision.

Personally I will have to say that since her application was “incomplete” as of the Nov. 1st deadline, her decision may not treated equally to someone who has. For the time being, make sure she has backups / apply to other schools. There are alternatives, assuming the worst case.

I hope things turn out well. She will have to wait within now and sometime in March (as long as it is sent asap).

Thank you so much
