Ufe?

My D received a letter inviting her to apply for the UFE. I assume that everyone applying to the HC receives this letter.

Can someone shed some light on this program, preferably a parent of a current UFE student or a UFE student. I’d love to hear about the selection process. Is it based off stats or is the UFE application/essays/personal r

Not everyone who applies to the HC gets that letter. I think you have to have at least an ACT 32 or 1400 SAT to get that letter.

it’s a holistic application process, but high stats is a help.

I’ll link a prior discussion

Actually, after I got off my lazy rear I searched and found a lot of info. I apologize for being a noob!

My D is very service oriented and may enjoy this program.

My daughter is a senior Fellow and has loved being part of UFE. She is very active in the program and it has afforded her many fabulous opportunities. Service is definitely part of the program, but not the only part. Among other things, there is much emphasis on leadership development and setting and achieving goals in all aspects of your life.
