<p>the website was crazy busy it literally took 20 minutes just to upload my stupid essay. so by the time the website let me submit my application, it was already 12:04 am eastern time...january 2nd.</p>

<p>Same thing happened to me when i was applying, and now I’m a junior in CAS. Definitely not a problem.</p>
<p>I applied 24 mins late and am a current freshman. These schools have an incentive to take as many applications as possible because it looks good for their admissions statistics. Obviously if I could redo it I wouldn’t push it past midnight but its not a big deal.</p>
