So I checked UCD requirements and they require 24 on the ACT (for a specific course) and I have 28 superscoring, they require 3.5 gpa and I have that and higher (unweighted) (weighted goes 3.68+). I also have a 1210 on the ACT when they require 1090 and I’ve taken the TOEFL and got a 100/120. I can get loan and pay the full feels. Do I have a shot at the college?
