University of Florida, Georgia Tech?

Now, I’m going into my junior year, so this is just my predictions for what my final transcript will be by the time I apply to colleges.
I am a Florida resident, I have a 34 on the ACT (took it for the first time in June of this year) and I’m predicting my unweighted GPA to stand somewhere around 3.6 or so, with my weighted being somewhere around 4.3. My class rank will probably be somewhere around 40/400, just landing into the top 10% of my class.
In terms of academic rigor, I will have taken 8 AP classes (Lang, Lit, USH, Am. Gov, Macroecon, Chem, Calc AB, and Spanish Lang) and two DE classes (if Precal and Trig are counted as separate courses). Everything else is either honors or an elective.
I don’t have great ECs, but I am doing Drama for all four years of high school (that includes acting in multiple plays per year and going to yearly drama competitions), and I’m also going to be part of the Academic club for the last two years of high school, and that may possibly include going to Model UN competitions and other competitions.
I’m going to have at least 100 hours of community service, qualifying for the Bright Futures scholarship.

It’s not a great academic record, the only outstanding thing is my ACT score. So, just based on it, what do you think my chances are for, say, University of Florida or Georgia Tech?

Attempting out of state at Tech with those stats will be difficult. I’d put it at a low-medium reach with the ACT being the only thing that puts you way above the rest. Because you’ll be applying in state for UF, I would consider your chances pretty favorable. I mean, they accept 47%, so with that ACT score, you have a good shot.
