You have to refer to the email they sent you when you sent your Common App, there they give you a Cane ID to make your Canelink account. When you make it, you need to act like you forgot your password so they will ask for your CaneID and/or your social security number. Gather both before you do it.

Go in student Center. Where it says view application status at the bottom under admissions is where the green dot is.
