Decisions are released by geographic area. It may be that only deferral decisions have been released. Keep in mind, this is early action. Very few will be out right rejected. You go into the regular decision pool.
Oh woops, I enabled my pop ups and was deferred also.
@spldnlvr did you have a green dot?
@Paniniman Yes
Green dot as well and was deferred
maybe they actually meant something lol
@Paniniman Hahah I think so!
I was deferred from another school and I must say, that letter was a little more sympathetic than this one…This one was a little short, but not just in length…Oh well, I’m not upset I guess because it’s not a rejection
What did the deferral letter say?
Did any of you receive an email stating the decisions were available??
@kbmonster nope
Last year how long after deferrals did decisions come
@logicalinception basically that we’ve been deferred to RD, and we need to arrange to send other grades (mid years) to them ASAP. @kbmonster no
Nothing in Michigan yet…
@kbmonster nope. @logicalinception
Thank you for applying to the University of Miami. After a careful review of your academic credentials submitted to date, the Admission Committee has decided to defer your application to the Regular Decision pool. Your application and academic credentials will undergo another review by the Admission Committee with the Regular Decision pool of applicants and you will be notified of an admission decision on or before April 15.
In order for the Admission Committee to review your most recent academic credentials with the Regular Decision pool, you should arrange to have an official copy of any additional grades sent to us. If you have any additional SAT or ACT scores not previously reported to us, you should also arrange to have those official results reported to the University of Miami as quickly as possible.
All of us in the Office of Admission appreciate your sincere interest in the University of Miami. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Differed, had a green dot. Gonna take one more SAT. ( I took ACTS before but none are before April)
And our decisions will be out by April 15th…That’s so long lol
anyone accepted??
i dont think that they have released the decisions of anyone who has been accepted or outright rejected yet @bouchmous
We don’t have to retake any standardized test right? Like I’m sort of banking on my first semester grades because they were really good…And I don’t really wanna retake SAT/ACT? @mjzsep
