As applicant for EA for Fall 2018 – anyone out there have a feel of general Merit award for 4.3 WGPA, 30 ACT out of state, top 50 national high school (not sure if latter matters)…just trying to see if I’ll be on higher/lower range, and ballpark amount as absent a big merit award (won’t qualify for need), it’s not going to make the cut. merit award (won’t qualify for need), it’s not going to make the cut. Also does merit $ come with decision? Thanks!

I received a Scholarship Weekend invite for the Stamps Scholarship, Singer Scholarship, and Martha S. and L. Austin Weekends Endowed Scholarship. 3.9/4.5 GPA and a 31 on the ACT. Lots of leadership and community service.

Based on Miami website - it says Late January / Early February – so with that, it appears in could be anywhere from tomorrow to 2 weeks… question for @DisneyAlways — where did these scholarship invites come to? email? mail? My S stats are similar and just curious…
The website says Late Jan but it’s really just Early Feb as confirmed on their Instagram

They keep changing the website back and forth between late January and late January/early February.

You really can only go by history as a reference. Last year, EA came out on the 26th, a Thursday, close to 5 pm. Miami had an issue with ED this year and had to push it from Friday to Monday. Bottom line is that no one knows. I would guess this Thursday or a week from today. I doubt they want to risk another Friday systems issue. But you never know. Most likely in the late afternoon. Hang in there. You will know soon!
