@knightstemplar Thanks for the info! I’ll definitely be staying up. I won’t be able to sleep anyways

5pm PST?

S rejected OOS. Just posted on portal at midnight

I just got rejected from LSA. Knew I wasn’t good enough for them despite what everyone told me

waitlisted OOS

I may be overqualified. If they think I’ll get into a better school, which I have, they may not want to offer me an acceptance because they know I won’t pick UMich. It is also possible that they just didn’t like my application; I don’t want to sound completely arrogant, and I am aware that they could simply not like me.

@zfeldo5 Yes! First you would get an email saying you were accepted into LSA and later you would get an offer from the Honors College telling you the details and requirements you need to apply.

If I haven’t heard from Ross yet, does it mean I’m going to be denied? I got in after being deferred EA in February.

LETTERS COME OUT TODAY! LOOK IN EMAIL

@heyigotnoclue From Ross? I didn’t get anything in my email and there’s no update on my portal…

Hey, so are all decisions (non-Ross) out?? Asking for a friend… like actually.

Son got waitlisted and he accepted to be on the waitlist. Now when you check View Decision it shows a blank box. Do others on the Waitlist see the same?

Hi everyone. i’m currently a freshman at Michigan and a member of greek life. I went through this process last year and I was accepted EA. If anyone has any questions about Michigan, the application process, letter of continues interest, or anything else, then please feel free to reach out to me by message. Good luck to all!

@jmax55 I still have not heard. The most recent wave which was the 3rd one overall was a lot of rejections and waitlists with few acceptances. What does it mean if at this point if I haven’t heard yet.

@zfeldo5 If you have not heard anything. then that means they are still considering you. If the most recent wave was a lot of rejections, then they were probably getting rid of the apps they decided were not good enough. Because you were not in that group, then they have not decided about you. I recommend sending a letter of interest to your regional counselor telling him/her that Michigan is your first choice and that you will accept a spot if offered.
I hope this helps

@jmax55 I have sent multiple LOCI stating Michigan is my top school and would 100% commit if offered admission. I feel like sending another one at this point could potentially annoy my counselor.
