Exactly, a lot of chance-me’s are insecure people who are vastly over qualified, I understand the anxiety but at some point it just becomes an odd flex.

I haven’t gotten anything back yet
I thought the same about Tulane and NEU and was deferred from both so I don’t really know. I thought my extracurriculars were somewhat strong too

Probably deffered from Tulane for being over qualified and NE for not showing enough interest.

If you’re as highly qualified as you say they’re waiting for you to withdraw for a bigger school.

Tulane is well known for yield protection and deferring high stats kids whom they think use Tulane as a safety. They also take demonstrated into into account a lot.

Maybe maybe. We will see. It was just annoying to see because I would go to Northeastern. Planning on writing a LOCI this weekend.

I applied to the School of Education at UMich too… it’s a great program. I love working with children
