Hey everyone! I just thought I’d get the conversation going under this thread. I applied EA for Fall 2022 as a Cinema Studies major from Out-of-State. I finished my app on 8/22 and am waiting for my decision. Has anyone heard yet/expect decisions to come out more on a rolling basis?

Congratulations! Do you get financial aid information with the acceptance?

No Fin aid info yet, but expect some sort of scholarship, not sure which one…from last year’s threads, it looks like it comes a few days later?

Congratulations! That is a fast turn around. My daughter OOS applied on 10/10; no test scores submitted. Oregon is her top school. Interested to know if your daughter submitted test scores. I am wondering if not submitting test scores may delay decisions a bit. Did she get an email or just check her portal? Thanks.

We are also OOS and hoping for the Summit scholarship. No test scores submitted.

S22 applied 9/11. Accepted 10/13. OOS. Test scores submitted. The acceptance caught us by surprise . . . we thought decisions weren’t released until December.

yes, she did submit test scores

Did anyone who was accepted apply to the honors program?

Congrats to the accepted students and thanks for posting. I didn’t know you could get an early response. My kiddo’s app is pretty much done. I will tell them to submit now, though my guess is that the school is getting more apps now.

My daughter did not apply to the Honors College, but we were/are hoping for a direct admit invite to the Business School and/or a merit scholarship. So far she has received nothing other than the acceptance and invitation to apply for additional scholarships.

Being OOS too, we really appreciated how straightforward their merit scholarship program seems to be.

Yes, we didn’t expect an early response, either, especially not before November. My kid received a few acceptances from schools with rolling admissions, but we were pleasantly surprised when the Oregon acceptance cane through.

D22 just accepted and is thrilled. Applied 10/13 accepted 10/18. 4.0 UW, no test scores, OOS. Planning, Public Policy and Management. Hoping for Clark Honors College and merit scholarship, but no financial aid info yet.

Did the invitation to apply to other scholarships come in the initial acceptance or something else?
