I'm completely unsure to what my major will be, but it may range from anywhere from biology, computer science, or engineering. Basically the ultimate goal is getting into medical school. Also, FA is around the same. Which one has the advantage on major, social life, surrounding area, etc?

Also, if anyone wouldn't mind, what are the undergraduate rankings for each of the majors I stated. Thanks for the help.

Bring up my post.

Any opinions at all?

My dad picked RPI over URochester a long time ago.

Right now, RPI is leading Rochester by a slight margin. Opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you go too the accepted students days at each of them?
For bio and med school - Rochester.
For CS and engineering - RPI
Neither has very nice surrounding areas.

No opinions whatsoever?

Yeah, I did receive an accepted students days for each of them. The thing is that I'll probably go into CS or engineering and then try applying to medical school. What type of student body can I expect to find at both?

Anybody have input?

I think the U of Rochester would give you better preparation for medical school. Are you interested in biomed engineering? U of R has a new BME building. U of R has a medical school and an adjacent hospital where there might be research and/or volunteer opportunities and advising. The area around the U of Rochester is not bad. I like the city of Rochester.
