I just got my acceptance email from foster. Does it mean now I have to wait for general admission? Or I’m admitted by UW as well?
Guys!! I just got an email from Foster, turns out I did get admitted to Foster majoring OSCM.
My stats: Pre: 3.83 Combined: 3.72 WSA: 4
Has anyone who had to apply for pre-major heard back from general admissions yet? Or is it only those with direct admission majors hearing back so far?
Hi everyone sorry for not responding. I did have all my pre reqs and I’m going to be honest I thought my essay was pretty kick ass. I’m a first generation American and college student so I thought that would help. I’m currently attending a University in FL and have never attended a CC. I thought I would at least get general admission so the rejection was kind of a blow. I have 46 semester credits not sure how that transfers to quarter hours. I didn’t get a request for an updated transcript which would have been nice because I got a 4.0 again along with Dean’s and President’s List. I got my rejection via email at 12 eastern time on the dot. Any more questions feel free to ask.
Anyone applying for CSE have their transcript load yet? Mine loaded with “pre science” as my major…
When you click the unofficial transcript page and it says “Student Personal Services” then “The Student Personal Services are available to current and former UW students (enrolled since 1983).” does that mean they haven’t decided yet? Or am I looking at the wrong unofficial transcript link?

I am a wa cc transfer with 3.96 GPA. Idk what other stats matter really. Idk if it matters but I applied like last second too.

I’m wondering if it says pre social science on my unofficial transcript since my second choice was international studies… cuz I think it should say something different for ECO. Idk. My transcript also says 0 credits in all categories including transfer credits so I’m confused.

Hi guys, i am international transfer student from Boston University to UWS. my gpa is 3.33. Does anyone know that international transfer will be later than the domestic transfer or not. Because neither of my unofficial transcript loaded nor email notification. I apply as pre-major(art and science). Thank you guys.

Any US student here but transferring from a foreign school (since high school)? I’m transferring to UWS from the University of the Philippines, and I haven’t heard back from UW yet
@Holahihello if you are in your UW portal underneath the application status part there is a section called “resources for Seattle applicants” under “if admitted” there is a link called “Accept the admission offer and pay the new student enrollment & orientation fee”. When you click that link it will take you to a page that will also say “Accept the admission offer and pay the new student enrollment & orientation fee” when you click that there will be a button that says “confirm and pay” which will direct you to this page https://sdb.admin.uw.edu/enroll/uwnetid/

Update I called today…you will only get an email if you are rejected so the only way you know is if you keep checking your portal and admitted students will get a letter/package in the mail. Admissions is coming out depending on your major through June.
@carmelxleon you might not have enough transferable units to be accepted as a transfer. Most schools require 60 transferable semester units or 90 transferable quarter credits. 46 semester credits is 69 quarter credits. It may also be that the credits from your university in FL (especially if it’s a private university) those credits don’t transfer or articulate to the WA public university. If UW is your top school you could call admissions, speak to an advisor about your application/transcripts and could petition. But 85% of UW transfers are WA cc students. Just like in California most of the transfers are California CC students. That’s just because by law they give priority to instate cc students. Out of state transfers only have a 15-12% rate of getting in lol.

Your the classes on your transcripts may not have fufilled the CADRs requirement. Which is like in California the IGETC. https://admit.washington.edu/apply/transfer/cadr/
