@lizzzzzz I open the College Net email that confirmed my application, there is a link in the email that will take you where you can see all that.
Nice! Hope you get to go there too then @mannah
Also someone yesterday said they were a CA community college applicant and got into the civil engineering program, so apparently some non residents have heard back @mannah
I haven’t heard back yet and I’m in-state CC general admission. I detailed my first and second major but the pre-requisites are only offered at the university. 3.8 GPA, black female.
kind of odd that none of us have seen any results this week
very tempted to call admissions and ask for an estimated date for decisions
Ive called like 3 times it’s always the same generic response “in the next few weeks”.
@kimetsunoyaiba that’s what i figured
ok i called anyway and they said that admissions are completely random. Doesn’t matter if you’re instate or OOS, decisions will be rolling until late june possibly
I don’t think they will release all the result by this week. I received an email from the admission asking about my immigration status. It also mentioned that they just had an initial review of my application so I guess the release date is coming close but not this week.
anybody wanna file a class action lawsuit against uw
I am a 3.6 in state Bellevue College transfer majoring in psychology. I have not heard anything from UW about my application either. I figure I’ll wait until Mid June before calling admissions.
@BBuzzlightyear lol for what
@LilacSoul for taking too damn long lol
Haha I’m in then @BBuzzlightyear
Not in pre-law tho sorry
I was accepted by general admissions tonight. My portal was updated around 9pm.
For those that are curious- I’m in the civil & environmental engineering major, in-state, post-bac, 3.87 GPA.
I wasn’t expecting to hear back till next week, so for those of you who haven’t heard back yet, don’t lose hope! I completely understand how much anxiety having to wait can bring though.
@BBuzzlightyear HAH we gonna finish a phD by the time we get an answer
@oats2019 congratz!
@oats2019 yayy congrats!
“Update on University of Washington Allen School Decision Timeline”
We are reaching out to you because you listed Computer Science or Computer Engineering as your first choice major on your transfer application. At this time, the Office of Admissions admitted you to UW based on your second choice major.
We wanted to reach out to let you know that the Allen School has not made our transfer decisions yet. However, there was incorrect messaging on the MyUW page stating that the PRESCI/PREMAJOR designation means you were not admitted to the Allen School. UW IT has now resolved this issue. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused you.
The Allen School plans to send our transfer admissions decisions via email by the end of next week (week of June 3rd). We suggest that students who only want to major in an Allen School major wait until next week to make their transfer decision.
Huh. Interesting. Hoping for a big wave next week then.
