Guys this time next week we would have gotten our results! Can you believe it?
Buy dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts get a second dozen free next Wednesday if y’all want doughnuts to stress about Thursday! I know I will be surrounded but Krispy Kreme when reading my admission statement.
I’m alternating btwn complete serenity knowing that at this point, there is nothing I can do except wait and see what Penn has to offer me in a weeks time, and complete anxiety, stressing over it at hours at a time, it’s outlandish at this point

QuestBridge match decisions are already out, so that person may have been an QuestBridge applicant who is one of the 49 people to get matched to UPenn. Like ED, those who are matched are required to go. Regular ED results shouldn’t be out yet.
No Questbridge for foreign students. It takes many day for snail mail to get to foreign country. Not real.
I see thanks! Can there be other possibilities? It seemed that some previous ED acceptances at least from that school had also received letters by the similar dates

They release decisions on the portal first. The actual letter will come many days later.

Do you all think Penn will take more students than last year? Class of 2021 saw 1354 students admitted, but class of 2022 saw only 1312. I reeeeeeally hope they dont drop it any further [-O<
They are under pressure for taking too many during the ED round. More is highly unlikely.

Well yes, but what is the source of the pressure that has been seemingly increasing since Penn is admitting less and less during ED? If that was the main reason, we wouldn’t be seeing any decrease in admits or claims they’re taking too many in ED in the last few years since ED and RD have been around for ages
I just don’t want to see a 12 in front of the number lol
