@CCTA334 I am!
Anyone from Texas?
@Retrotech201 Great stats, hope you get the good news you want :).
On that same note, to everyone on this thread, I was wondering whether we could agree to maybe keep Chance Mes of this thread for now. Everyone should definitely have a go at letting other people chance them but I think it would be better if we posted links to seperate threads rather than posting our stats here directly. Not because the ChanceMes annoy me or anything like that, it genuinely amazes me to see all the amazing people I am a part of the applicant pool with. I just feel that, with only 7 days out, we need to keep our calm and not freak out a lot. Seeing other people’s profile can be such a demoralizing factor and can cause so much anxiety. Seeing that we’re so close to decisions and none of this will affect our decisions at this point, it would be cool if we could avoid comparing ourselves to each other.
Again, I definitely think everyone should post links to their ChanceMe threads if they would like to, just not their actual stats itself. I hope I don’t come off wrong and my anxieties make sense to you all. In fact, I have a post in “What Are My Chances?” myself and I would love it if you guys could take a look :p.
7 Days 5 Hours left.
What state is everyone from?
We got this everyone! Whether or not we get accepted, I’m positive we’ll get to the college that we’re meant to go to. Still freaking out though tbh
I’m from NY!
do u guys think I have a better chance of getting in if I want to be a classical studies major ?
I’m from Texas! Big longhorn family
Also, I agree. Let’s keep this sub about info and discussion, not chance mes.
south carolina!
from Boston MA
how many schools have you applied?
Ohio
I am a female applying to Wharton from NY!
I also feel like chance mes don’t need to have a place on this thread. Everyone has a unique chance in their own way, it is quite useless to keep comparing/analyzing 7 days before decision day.
I honestly feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to apply ED to Penn, and I know no matter the outcome of opening my decision next week, I will end up at a school that I belong at. Penn is such an amazing school, and I absolutely love it, but there are SO many stellar universities in America that I would love to attend! I am just trying to remain optimistic during this period, and I encourage you all to really try to believe that everything happens for a reason, and sometimes rejection makes us even stronger
@hsclassof2023 Agreed!
“Generally, the college choice isn’t that important. We know that most students will be successful at a wide range of institutions. The most important experiences and relationships we will have in college can’t be predicted, and each choice offers a different set of unknown pathways.”

@dancer20188 Penn admits based on overall quality of the applicant, not by major. So you have a somewhat-equal chance no matter what major you chose within a particular school.
anyone else from CO?
anyone from NY?
