Urgent Advice Needed

I am signed up for tomorrow's Spanish subject test. However, after doing prep and it not going so well (I'm shooting for a 700+ and getting around 640ish) I am deciding to switch. I originally decided to take it because much of my extracurriculars involve language, especially Spanish language... but that is also the reason getting a poor score would be so bad.

I have decided to take the Lit test, and am not too worried (I got a 790 CR SAT I) and am considering taking Math II but am not sure what's on it exactly and am slightly more uneasy about it. I got a 700 Math SAT I and am generally a pretty strong math student.

My options:
A) Only take lit, wait for December to take Math II and study more for Spanish to decide whether or not to take it
B) Take Lit and Math as the Math should be pretty easy if you are decent at math and in AB Calc
C) Stick to Spanish. As a non-native speaker is it okay to not have stellar scores even if my ECs revolve around it? Will it look strange to schools if such a language focused student does not take a language SAT II?
D) Other?

Thoughts?

Please help?

since you have to go again in december you might as while take math... given your SAT score you should get at least 700 on math sat 2 ,theres a huge curve

If you're not a senior, I would wait a bit to take the Spanish... so you're more comfortable.
But also, in my personal experience, I find that my actual scores are higher than on the prep tests.
