I urgently need your help. I was filling in the CSS profile for D's ED school --due by Nov.15. I made a mistake on the form and wanted to begin again from the beginning but had a navigation problem getting back to top. So I deleted the profile --thinking I could start from scratch. Now when I try to get back in it says "you have already registered-click "continue existing application" " When I do that it says" you deleted your profile, you cannot change it anymore".

So am I now banned from CSS forever? I could phone them but not until Monday and the completed form has to be submitted by Tuesday.

i think what TAWS meant was to time it so that the css profile would arrive on deadline day, presumeably when you send your app... which would be 1 week, since that's how long it takes to send... in any case, this is a question for the cb...

Pyewascket,
We just went through the question of deadline v post mark of the 15th. (Whitman) The Adm office says it must be postmarked by the 15th even though the web site app instructions said in their office by the 15th. They also asked for a paper copy of the profile and FAFSA. The fin. aid office said the profile had to be filed by the 15th(our area coordinator for Whitman checked and called us back with that) and we didn't have to send a copy. We did that anyway and mailed his app registered mail for a tracking number. We know it was in the Walla Walla receiving office Thursday.

Can you try your area coordinators number? Even if it is Saturday he/she may take the call. The post marked day may be okay, it is in Whitman's case based on what the ad office told us and our guidance counselor last Monday in two separate phone calls to Whitman..

I think I'll be OK if I can submit the online CSS profile by Monday night. I'm just worried that I can't ever get back in to file the Profile because the software excludes me now that I deleted once.
