Urgent: Furnished Housing in Chapel Hill?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of good, furnished 1-2 bedroom apartments in Chapel Hill that aren't too far away from UNC (particularly the business school). I'm a grad student who will be starting in May and will need a lease that runs from May 2013-May 2014, but don't mind living in an environment that has a fair amount of undergrads because I'm not that much older (I'll be 23 by the time I start though, so I'd prefer if the people around me were 21+ to avoid looking like a creep).

I'm from the west coast and will not have a car nor will I be able to carry furniture, so that's why it's vital that I find some place that's furnished and close to campus. I looked into Granville Towers and really liked it, but I'm not sure if they allow grad students to live there. If anyone has any info, I'd greatly appreciate it. If no other options exist, price isn't the biggest deal, but I'd really like to keep it under $800 with utilities, internet, etc. and can do up to $900 or so if it includes a meal plan, utilities, etc. (maybe this is unreasable? I don't know)

Thanks!

This complex is a couple miles from campus, but right on the bus route.
