Just took the SAT, I know I didn't ace all the sections and I had grammar mistakes on my essay. UMCP requires all SAT scores, so should I cancel mine?

I think I need a very good score because my GPA is 3.46, and stagnant. I haven't played any sport for more than one year, but I do have some minor leadership roles and tons of SSL hours.

Should I cancel the score or will I get in either way?

Yes, in-state. I have done a Sat history (720), AP STAT(5), APUSH (4), AP french (3) but nothing else. So this is my only SAT 1 test, I haven’t taken an ACT. Junior, IB program.

Don’t cancel. Almost all schools superscore your tests, so even if you just now went CR: 400 Math: 400 Writing: 400, but in October went a perfect 2400, colleges would only use the 2400 to evaluate you. (Note that UMD only looks at CR/Math )

Dang, I already canceled. I’m taking it again in March so not too bad. Also, I think UMCP does look at all your SAT scores bc it’s required to send them all in.
