kathy- as for a reason, I can only guess. A lot of it probably had to do with the fact that I am applying for film. For what its worth, I applied with a 3.86, however thats one of the last things they look at as a film major. My best guess is that after the spring grades I still wasn't considered a junior and from what I hear, they really want you to be done with your general ed.

They want you to be done right aay rather than finish it at their school (paying them?)

thats weird... well, yah i guess it depends on your major... film is hard to get into... But as far as music, you audition- and based on your audition and admission application what determines your admittance......

In the summer I will be done with General ed: I will take Cat. 1 and the Diversity req then. Should I also wrote these down along with my winter and spring classes when it says list the classses you will be taking? So that they know I will be done with my general ed when I get there? Or is it too far off?

mcguigs - last year yes. this year i have 66.

hippo- if i remember right, you were in the same boat as me last year. hopefully we wont have to wait til the end of July again just to hear bad news.

someone please answer my question!
i submitted my transfer application but i haven't submitted my transcripts yet.
it will also take 3 business days for my college to have my transcript ready.
even if my transcript comes in a few days after the deadline, will that be okay?
or will it jeopardize my changes of getting in?

can i fax my transcripts or hand-deliver it to them?

You can fax the unofficial anytime. Don't worry about the deadline. It's not really for the transcripts, but more for the online application. When you have the official transcripts turn them in, they won't mind.

So i finally sent in my application lol
I am very nervous but now it is just the waiting game until June where I know they will ask for my spring grades :/

Sorry if it's been done, but combing through this beast of a topic would take a while... While we are waiting would you mind listing your intended majors?

I'm going for Critical Studies/English/Neuroscience.

Open/Public Policy, Management, and Planning. Definitely picking up a minor in either English, Philosophy, or whatever I can find that is writing-intensive.
