<p>i applied as a transfer.. but thats what my oasis status says, my regular status on the actual application check says "We have received and are currently reviewing your application. We recommend you check here occasionally for an update on the status of your application."</p>
<p>but i just recently checked oasis for the heck of it, and it changed to what i wrote above... :/ idk whats going on..</p>
<p>do u guys know when the print out and fax or mail section of application (highschool transcript, prerequisite, financial form(international)) is due??</p>
<p>Hmm my status on the main page says this:
"Undergraduate Application (Part II, Fall 2009)
We have received your application, and it appears we need more information. Please ensure you have submitted all required items. Due to the high volume of application documents we receive, allow sufficient processing time."</p>
<p>And when I click Oasis it says" "This service is available to current Admission and Financial Aid applicants. We currently do not have sufficient information to process your request. "</p>
<p>At the top of my main login page it says:
"Part II Undergraduate Application (Part II, Fall 2009) - Submittted
in (707) Open (Still deciding)"</p>
<p>Anyone have an idea of what this all means?</p>
<p>I mailed the admission office my HS transcripts and college transcripts right after I submitted my online application on Fed 2nd. I also attached the "cover sheets"/"fax forms together with these transcripts. Since I was worried about not mailing them in time, I did not wait until they provided me with the "PERSONALIZED" fax forms/cover sheets, the forms that I downloaded and mailed were not "personalized", which means they don't have the bar code and everything, but I wrote down by USC ID (I got it by calling the office).</p>
<p>Do you think I need to send them again my transcripts with the personalized "Fax forms"?
Is it still necessary to FAX them these transcripts when I already mailed them to the office?
I don't even know if they have received the documents and whether they are "acceptable"?
But this is what shows up in my app website:

<p>Ya, my USC status says that they are missing documents (h.s. transcript, which I sent via docufide, and my Part I app fee, which I called and asked about and they told me to disregard)- after I called and sent my h.s. transcript my status still says that I am missing information, but when I check my OASIS it says I have no documents required for sending and that they have received no documents... Very confusing, I'm calling up again to today :/</p>

<p>captain - same thing happened to me as well. I e-mailed them because it said they needed my HS transcript even though I had sent it through the mail. They told me it takes a while to process this stuff. My status changed today and I sent my transcripts a week ago.</p>

<p>Ohade, yes I did; I did not receive a login id or password; it said that I had missing documents and to "Click Here" to send them and it took me to OASIS. Besides, that here <a href="https://camel.usc.edu/OASIS/Login.aspx%5B/url%5D">https://camel.usc.edu/OASIS/Login.aspx</a> is the OASIS login. You need your USC id (you should be able to get it if you login to the transfer website and go to "Update Profile Information."</p>
<p>Oddly enough, I can't login to OASIS, I can only get there by clicking on the missing documents section... Let me know if you figure anything out.</p>
<p>Captain: I went to the OASIS site but couldn't log in at all. I clicked "login help" and looks like only current USC students are given passwords and login ID. Even when i entered my USC ID provided in "Update your profile information" from my online app website, it only says "You have entered an invalid USC ID"</p>

<p>BTW, I called the admission office today and asked them how i could check the status of my transcripts and related documents, the guy told me their computers are DOWN, and asked me to "call back some time later"

<p>And you have to creat an account using your USCID and birthdate. Some people can log in, but I still can't. I emailed the admission office, they told me to allow few more days to process my app. Hope that helps.</p>
