@nifmom @skin123 I never contacted Admission about moving up to the fall, seems like they sent the email to every spring admit who did not get bumped up.
@SpaceManager01 , Thank you! Do you know if they sent email to those bumped up as well? I assume they did as that information is important for them to take decisions on attending Classes in the Fall.
Posted this last night at USC 2017 but found this page just now and might be a better place for it:
My son is a spring 2018 admit. Will do the 2017 Fall semester at AUP. He sent some papers to the embassy in DC and scheduled an interview in Chicago (on Aug. 11). It somehow didn’t make sense to me. He’s extremely independent and gets upset that I questioned the process but he can’t even explain. Only role he allows me is to cut the check. I’m hoping someone else here is in the same situation and can shed light from your experience.
Hmm, so just got accepted Viterbi for spring 2018. Any idea when financial aid comes in?
@LearningHow please see my response in the other group responding to your question. Hope I can be of help.
If my DD submits Intent to Enroll for Spring 2019 now, to be on the waitlist, hoping to get into Fall 2018, can she accept admission offer at another university also?
Is there anything I can do to contact USC to try to get bumped to the fall?
Also is anyone considering going abroad how does that work?? Like what classes, do you go with other students, transferring credits AAAH. And does anyone know how housing works in January can we be housed with other freshmen??
I was admitted to USC as a spring admit. I know that Intent to Enroll is due May 1 and that they will consider students who submit these for openings in the fall class (like a waitlist). My question is: can I enroll at another university as well as submit my intent to enroll for USC? Very curious so please someone let me know!
Does anyone know how rush works for spring admits?
