I live in NorCal. Just checked my mail, and it came, but nothing from USC I had two dreams in the past two days that I got admitted! I can’t explain the joy that I felt… but I have to expect rejection to avoid disappointment. If I am indeed admitted, than that’s a pleasant surprise!

Thanks to all the great parents who were so supportive. Hope you get your news soon. I am so glad this is over…I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in a week.

ah, i’m in illinois too! that makes me so nervous haha, are you in the chicagoland area?

Nope – southern, near St. Louis

ACCEPTED!! I live in Kansas City and was accepted into the School of Theatre woot woot!!

Happiness at the big envelope turned to a bit of dismay - admitted for spring semester. Which is great but she does not want to tread water for 3 months and show up in January. She will write her rep and explain that USC is her first choice but if not moved up from spring admit she will probably matriculate to UCLA. Sad :(

Accepted from VA. I really expecting rejection. This could really change everything. Congrats to the rest of those accepted.

Anyone in the Chicagoland area hear back yet?

I second Bobbyq, I’ve yet to hear about anyone in IL

not exactly chicagoland, but got the big letter in Twin Cities MN.

Large envelope for my daughter arrived today outside of Chicago, IL. Could hardly contain my excitement until I opened it and found that its for a Spring 2013 admit. At least it’s an admit but still… :/

I’d be happy to snatch up that spring admit! It’s much better than a rejection and it’s possible it could be moved up to a fall admit!

Large acceptance packet received in Florida! Good Luck/Congrats to all!

If I’m in Norcal and haven’t received my packet today, does that indicate rejection…?

1,000 students were offered spring admission to USC next year. There will be many who will decide to accept their spots. There are several good threads from last year and the previous year which will give you some information (use search-- I bumped one up earlier today so it may be on page 2 or 3). Many spring admits will attend CC and get some GE type classes out of the way. You can find articulation policies for spring admits here:

[USC ARR : Articulation : Spring Admits](http://www.usc.edu/dept/ARR/articulation/spring_admits.html)

Would the spring admits post their stats?? Would be helpful to know.
Thank you!

^ In the stats thread already

Accepted in Chicago!!! (if you couldn’t already tell haha) This is the greatest day of my life and I could not be happier!! Got into Annenberg, will post stats later.
