UT Austin Housing Problem

<p>I heard about that there aren't enough dorms at UT to accommodate all the freshman (see link below). I'm going to apply
soon and am confident of getting in. Can any current students explain the housing situation ?

<p>The blog post is from 2012. I haven’t heard of any housing shortage for freshmen.</p>

<p>Yes I just found out they are reducing class sizes

<p>I have a friend who lived in what used to be a study room in Jester her freshman year. It was the worst accommodation I’ve ever seen </p>
