<p>You are in Tech for sure, and I do hope you get a UVa invitation. It really can be unfair to NOVAs at RD time there but they are admitting kids with your stats.

<p>I have seen kids at my school get in to VATech with lower stats then yours (I'm instate) so I'd say your in. And U.Va I say you have an okay chance, even though you have a boost by being instate.</p>
<p>Tech your in. UVa your chances are okay but you will be hurt by: 1)Mediocre SAT 2)Not Top 10% 3)Only 4 AP classes</p>

<p>5 ap classes through out high school. i was deferred ED. at that point my gpa was 4.32, but i went to counselor today. my new gpa after this semester is 4.38. rank 53/470. top 11% i think. </p>
