Basically I got that the answer to sending a LOCI was a no…but personally, since applying, two accomplishments that have to do with my area of study have happened, and I feel like they’d help my application. Can I get anyone’s personal opinion?
Absolutely, if you have new information you should send it and ask for it to be included with your application. And say blah blah UVa continues to be my top choice etc etc.
We don’t use interest during EA or RD. We put this in writing on our website (right over our email addresses 
), talk about it in our sessions, and I post about this on social media.

@LMHLAW3, you know more about your mail service than the people on the boards. The distance USPS has to take the envelope determines when you’ll get it.
Dean J or anyone who may know, do admitted international students also get admission packages?
I got my packet today in SoCal.
Thank you Dean J, we live in NOVA but I didn’t know if they had even been sent yet. We’ll probably get it today or tomorrow.

Didn’t come today, in Northern Virginia. They probably went out bulk rate, so they have a high-variance delivery date.
I didn’t realize that people get all their information from this message board. Do you know that I am far, far more active on my own Instagram and Twitter accounts and the blog. They are more official than this place. Check them out!
CC won’t allow links to Instagram and Twitter, so I can’t include a link. However, I posted video of the packets leaving Peabody Hall on Instagram last Friday.

If they left on Friday, one would assume that they would arrive in NOVA by today but didn’t arrive yet. How did it get to SoCal already?

@LMHLAW3 i would expect to start seeing deliveries in No. Va tomorrow. For me, that means Thursday because my branch is always a day behind. There is a way to track Expected mail delivery for regular mail (sign up on the USPS website). I checked Dean J’s Notes from Peabody blog and an answer to an entry posted a few hours ago states that DOTL dates will be emailed next week.
Thank you so much VAMom23. I guess I’m not that up-to-date with everything. I also don’t know what DOTL means. Sorry, I’m am older mom who clearly is not hip.
