Well, there are 31 days in the month so by the 31st. No matter how often you query, if at all, the answer remains the same, btw.
in the past years it has been 3/16 and 3/23 around
UW-Madison’s spring break starts on Monday, March 26. I suspect students will learn between now and 3/23.
Admissions has nothing to do with students’ spring break.
The university is open 52 weeks a year. Staff do not get a vacation because students are on break.
