UW question about transferring

I have a question about transferring in to UW.

here down in Texas, there's a college called university of texas. If you apply and don't get accepted, they offer to let you go to UTSA, or unviersity of texas san antonio. You'll get accepted into something called a CAP program, where if you get higher than a 3.2 gpa while in the cap program for the year, you automatically get accepted into the main UT at austin, no questions asked.

Now, university of washington as you know has 3 campuses, Seattle, Tacoma, and Bothell. Applying out of state for this college, it's pretty tough to get into, do you know if they have something similar to this? As in go to one of their lesser campuses (Tacoma or Bothell) for one year and then get accepted into the seattle one?

Seriously? Hi from the Houston area by the way.

Wouldn’t that make UT pretty easy to get into as a transfer student then? UTSA…my god. San Antonio is the worst city I’ve ever been to.
