Man… The waiting is killing me. I called to UW Tacoma today and they said the mail has been sent and they can’t tell me know the result over phone.
There are nothing change on my MyUW site, still see 500 error page when I click unofficial transcript.
Hope I will receive gold envelope not white 
Some people have received acceptances in the white envelope though.
Guys, don’t lose all hope just yet. I called them up a few minutes ago and was told that a decision hadn’t been made on my application yet. They spent quite sometime looking me up so I know they were being honest. Transfer decisions apparently roll into the very last day of July (the 31st). So if you still haven’t heard back via postal mail or online, hope for the best. Good luck!
Also, do not stop haggling the mailman.
My transcript loaded online! Whoa. No letter yet as they just asked for my Spring transcript. I got into an open major in hopes of transferring to a more difficult major once I’m in. Waiting for the letter to make it official…and then cancel everything from WWU. Still a ways to go!
Thats awesome, @lalalollie. My transcript still hasnt loaded and MyUW still looks like it has all this time, but I already accepted my offer today and I am good to go for Autumn! Go Huskies!

So, my unofficial transcript has loaded, it stated my class “JUNIOR” and my major “Electrical Engineering”. Does it mean that I got accepted by the general admission ? There’s no change on the message on the home page though…
@kevoo11 Same with me. From previous answers, it seems like we will get the letters in a couple of days after the transcript loads. And then our pages will probably change too.
I got my mail and registered for classes already. My page didn’t change until after i returned my acceptance and the $300. Congrats guys.

For all you mechanical engineering transfer students waiting to hear back from the department, it looks like the department is finally sending out its decisions.
I got an email stating my acceptance into the department an hour ago. Although a friend of mine sadly didn’t get in with me. Hope the best for my fellow engineers in that you get accepted!
Still waiting to hear back from AA department, which is my first choice major.
This is really frustrating. I still haven’t got an email confirmation, unofficial transcript, nor a letter. I am a pursing industrial design after deciding not to finish my aa in interior design at bellevue college. I did receive my aas dta in arts and sciences after completing all the requisites in spring. Gpa is 3.28 btw. This wait is unbearable… 
I came here to let folks know that Redditors confirmed that the ME dept has been sending out emails since 9am. Hopefully some of you get your notifications.
@jeffoh93 The wait is terrible, I fully agree with that. July is coming to a close, and I am guessing you will know by the 31st.

I got an email from M E stating that my application got denied. Does this mean I cant even get into the University of Washington at all?
It means you were denied by the ME dept, not by the school in general. Did you meet all of the requirements for ME?
If there were other industrial design transfer students, i would definitely like to know what happened and what their process was like… Seems like most people are engineers in this forum.
I applied for IT major at UW Tacoma and I think i will get denied , I am still waiting for admission decision. Hope everything will be ok. As they said that the decision has been sent out. Man . Hope I can receive it today. The waiting is killing me. Nothing change on MyUW page till now. (:
