<p>May 1st is creeping up so you should try to explain your situation in full detail so people can put their insights!</p>
<p>Having been at both Seattle and SB, I notice right off the bat Seattle is much colder, gloomier, and just ‘down’ to me as compared to SB where it is sunny, bright and more lifting. Just my opinion, but you should state your major and financial needs as above said</p>
<p>well i want to study business, which UCSB doesn’t have, so id have to do econ at UCSB. im from SoCal so UCSB would be a “safe” choice, where Seattle would be a new experience. I visited and loved both, even with the gloom at UW. seems like UW is just a better school overall, plus it has more money than the UCs so getting classes etc. wouldn’t be as difficult at UW</p>
<p>Sounds like you prefer UW, so you should just go with it. Plus the new experience would be stellar and I find the fishing better in Seattle than here anyway =p</p>
