@UWchancemeh No, not the same person!

@Andielle Trust me you’re in. The first time I applied I was short credits to be considered a transfer sans test scores and it never loaded. You have been admitted; admissions won’t tell you anything; but realistically, why would they go to the trouble to set up a transcript and student number if you weren’t admitted? Don’t stress; I will see you winter quarter.

@200pants Hopefully it means we got into foster. I just might not take the offer if I didn’t get into foster. Here are my stats btw.

-Accepted
-CC Transfer
-Accounting
-Combined GPA: 3.82
-Pre-application GPA: 3.91
-WSA Score: ???

@Jsmith210

Is it true that it’s more difficult to transfer in during the Summer/Fall? Or is that a rumor? I’m not feeling to hopeful about this quarter and so I’m planning on applying again next month.

Actually, I was told during orientation that there are fewer available spots during winter, and thus it is the more difficult quarter to get accepted.

Ahh so much have happened in the one whole day I haven’t been on this thread! First off…congratssssssssss to @Andielle !!! And everyone else who’s transcript just load. @UWchancemeh I guess we’re still waiting huh…nothing for me yet either…I’m actually feeling the same thing you’re feeling right now…iI had some grammar problem on my personal statement… :-w so it wasn’t the cleanest application and I won’t be mad if I don’t get in this time…I’ll just try a lot harder next month applying again for summer.

Oh also…my brother who just graduated from uw told me that its harder for fall quarter because there are a lot more people applying so rooms are limited.

Has anyone heard anything being an out of state student?

@nengerz

If we don’t get in, we could always look at this as a learning experience!
I’m contemplating whether I should apply for Summer or Fall…

@Jsmith210

Oh okay. I kind of figured that.
Do you know if it’s possible to apply for both Summer and Autumn 2015 since they both have the same deadline?

@UWchancemeh you have to choose between summer and fall. I inquired about applying for both last year and they said you can only apply for either summer or fall.

@socalsea ah okay. Thanks!
Any luck with your application?

Nope I am getting pretty discouraged now… @UWchancemeh

@socalsea

You still have a chance. Its not the end until a rejection letter.
If you look back on the Autumn 2014 thread, a guy from WWU had to try 3 times for UW to accept him. There’s always hope, but I’m not feeling to hopeful as well. Maybe we’ll see each other on the Summer/Autumn 2015 thread (Hopefully we don’t have to!)

True! We just have to keep hope! Good luck!!! @UWchancemeh

@socalsea and @UWchancemeh …hang in there guys…maybe with some people rejecting their acceptance because they goose to go elsewhere will open up some spots for you guys…so maybe you will get accepted but just not right away. I still hope you two get in.

@nengerz

Yeah! Always going to look at this as a learning opportunity whichever way it turns out. It’s not a huge concern if I have to attend SPSCC for another 2 quarters before going to UW, I’ll save money and finish more classes intended towards my major. Any luck with your UWB application?

@nengerz @socalsea @UWchancemeh UW has been known to send acceptance letters out in batches, same as transcripts loading, and there has only been one “wave” as of now, so I wouldn’t worry yet!

Yeah tbays y plan too actually. I plan on taking more math classes and CHEM so I can maybe apply straight into a major next fall or summer…and actually will try to apply to UW Seattle next time as well. No luck with uwb at this point so I’m just assuming its not going to work out for me this quarter. I definitely learn a lot and especially a lot of good insight from everyone on this thread. If ■■■■ hits the fan for the three of us…then I hope we see each other in summer or fall for Seattle but I’m still hoping for good news for you guys

Always appreciate the positive thoughts and encouragement here. Thank you @Andielle
