<p>Well holy living poop. How the he’ll could I not read that!?!? I’m sending one on Monday priority mail. Since I live in Nashville/cookeville it should be there by like wednesday I’d say. *** I can’t believe I didn’t see that. Thanks Gunther.</p>

<p>fmhcbc, the regional counselors are based on where you graduated from high school, not where you currently go to college.</p>

<p>@talha: I had a heck of a time getting consistent info on the completeness of my app when I called them shortly before the deadline. Then again, maybe the web site’s wrong about requiring two for transfers. In any case, don’t panic.</p>
<p>yeah I’m not exactly “freaking-out” but I am a bit more worried now. Anyways I emailed my admissions counselor asking about my app and its “completeness” and whether she says its complete or I still need another teacher rec I’m going to send in the rec on Monday either way. But I turned in everything and confirmed with them as well. Maybe the 2 recs are recommended and not exactly required? You’d think they would put that you need 2 in more than one place : / but Oh well I still feel I have time for some reason. we’ll see.</p>
<p>So I emailed my admissions counselor and she says that my app is complete and she should have to read it in the coming days. So this means I’am still being considered for admission which is awsome. But I feel I should go ahead and send the other teacher rec just because I know my teacher will say good things because she keeps telling me good things in class. I just hope it gets there in time. </p>

<p>^yeah I called and emailed Vandy. They got all my stuff!!! I am so dang happy none of it got lost haha. :D</p>
<p>My email said they will be looking at my file soon and then releasing decisions in Mid-april. I would love to get into Vandy after my bio midterm on the 12th 
I would literally scream and jump around.</p>
<p>So, I read on the Vanderbilt admissions blog that they are supposed to be mailing the first batch of transfer decisions at the end of this week! But, they are on a rolling basis, so not everyone is going to get theirs yet. Ahhh so excited!</p>

<p>ah i read it, likes like good news. I sent my application february 28th though so I will probably be hearing later.</p>
<p>Cant wait can’t wait so excited! I will probably getting mine a little bit later as well if app evaluation depends upon app submission date. I got it in before the priority deadline but idk. Oh Gunther I think your pretty much a shoe in! After reading your stats. </p>

<p>Historically, Vanderbilt sends out transfer decisions in batches at the end of the week in which they evaluate the application. Usually the first batch isn’t sent out until the week of the 15th though.</p>
<p>True. But if we take a look at the transfer thread from last year we can see the admissions decisions were sent just a bit before april 15th. People posted whether they got in or not starting like April 7th so if mail time was usual then the were probably post marked 4th or 5th of April.</p>
<p>yeah only a few people got theirs on April 7th. Like 2-3 haha. Most did not get released until much later. i really want to know if I got in or not haha</p>

<p>Honestly I’m not sure but I know that I will be expecting them to have a decision for me by then, a good decision as well lol, so if I don’t get anything in the mail or any emails by the 17 or 18 I’m going to call them to see what’s happening</p>
