I'd call the office, but it's closed for a whiel apparently.

I'm going to admit weekend, but I want to visit with my parents before then. Can I still go and sit in on classes/get free meal cards/look at dorms, and are there at least guided tours?

You can probably sit in on large lecture classes without anyone noticing, but you may want to get permission in advance for smaller classes. They probably won't give you free meal cards outside of Admit Weekend, but they'll most likely let you look at the dorms, and there are guided tours everyday. You can always pay cash for dining hall meals (lunch is $7.50 and dinner is $9.25) if you really want to see what it's like.

you can def sit in on big lectures and no one will notice, and if they do, they won't say anything. just ask any student passing by, "hey, do you have a big lecture i could sit in on?" and they'll tell you where and when it is. or you could just ask me and i could look it up for you. just tell me what classes you are interested in sitting in on.

as far as free meals go, i bet you $5 that any stanford student would be willing to donate one of there guest meals to you. and honestly, i think its just easier to go to the subway or treehouse and buy a meal. unless you're familiar with the dining halls, know which ones don't suck, and feel comfortable with college students all up in ya food business, then you should just take your $8 and go get a meal you're sure you'll enjoy. palo alto has nice restaurants. leave the meal exploring and food inventions for when you are a student at The Farm :)...or at least for admit weekend. oh yeah, i suggest you eat at diff dining halls when you come for admit weekend. its much more fun and in case you stay at flomo, you won't have to eat crap for three days.

and the dorm thing, just go in and walk around. there are locks on the doors, but just knock and anyone will let you in. ask people, "hey can i see your room. i'm a profro," and they'll surely let you in...freshmen especially. seriously, don't be shy. really. people say that all the time, but if you walked into my dorm and asked to see my room b/c you were a profro, i'd say "sure, here's my key. go check it." ok so i wouldn't give you my key...but you get the point.
